Thanks Great Grandma & Grandpa!

Great Grandma and Grandpa Jones sent Shelby some birthday money and she got some great new tub toys! I set everything up in the bathroom last night, after she went to bed, so when we went in for a bath this morning she was quite surprised. She looked at the penguin and then looked at me, then back at the penguin and started to laugh. We had her bath in the tub, instead of her smaller tub, just so we could have plenty of space to play with everything today.

Shelby had lots of fun and she cried when we got out of the tub. Apparently, she would rather sit in a tub of cool water and play with her toys instead of getting dressed and ready for the day. She normally doesn't want to get out of the tub, but today she was distraught. Hopefully, tomorrow she will do better when she realizes that all the toys are still there.

Wow! I'm a little jealous, it was a long time ago that I had that much fun in the tub!

Oh, She is so cute. What a fun idea to get her for her birthday.

Bath toys are the best! Carter loves his bath too and he always cries when I get him out! We have that same basketball hoop it is the best :) But not so fun when it gets stuck to the bottom of the tub which happens frequently at our house
